How to Enroll
To enroll in our program, you must complete both the Enrollment Form and the Intake Assessment in full. Once submitted, your information will be securely sent to our portal for review. After your documents have been reviewed and approved, you will receive confirmation of enrollment along with next steps and scheduling details.
Step 1: Complete the Enrollment Form
Step 2: Complete the Intake & Assessment Form & All Other Forms
After submitting your Enrollment Form, you will receive an email to complete all intake and forms needed for enrollment & orientation.
Step 3: Payment Information
Enrollment Fee $10.00
Enrollment fee & class payment is due before class begins.
You will receive a secure payment link by email when your invoice is sent. Weekly recurring invoices will be emailed to you, and you can pay each invoice directly through the link — no account setup required. You may create a client portal to view all invoices in one place, but it is optional. Most clients prefer the quick, one-click payment option directly from their email.
Step 4: Review Class Schedule and Join via Zoom
Once all forms and your payment are received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your class schedule and Zoom login link.
Important Reminder
✅ All forms must be completed before you are officially enrolled.
✅ Payment must be received before class begins.
Failure to complete ALL forms or submit payment will delay your enrollment and class start date.
